El tiempo no espera, pero el presente es un regalo

A veces nos perdemos en el ayer, repasando momentos que ya no podemos cambiar. O nos adelantamos al mañana, preocupándonos por lo que aún no ha llegado. Mientras tanto, el presente—este instante real y único—se nos escapa de las manos.

La vida avanza rápido, más de lo que creemos. Un día miramos atrás y nos damos cuenta de que todo cambió en un parpadeo. Por eso, hoy quiero recordarte (y recordarme) que no dejemos pasar este momento sin agradecerlo.

Agradecer por lo que somos, por lo que tenemos, por las pequeñas cosas que hacen que este día valga la pena. Porque al final, lo único verdaderamente nuestro es el ahora.

Así que respira, sonríe y aprecia este instante. Porque este momento, este segundo, es vida en su forma más pura.

Time does not wait, but the present is a gift.

Sometimes we lose ourselves in yesterday, reviewing moments we can no longer change. Or we look ahead to tomorrow, worrying about what has not yet arrived. Meanwhile, the present-this real and unique moment- slips through our fingers.

Life moves fast, faster than we think. One day we look back and realize that everything changed in the blink of an eye. So, today I want to remind you (and me) not to let this moment pass without being thankful.

To be thankful for who we are, for what we have, for the little things that make this day worthwhile. Because in the end, the only thing truly ours is the now.

So breathe, smile and appreciate this instant. Because this moment, this second, is life in its purest form.
