Hi Friends,

I have cut out pretty much  all soda and juices - I stick to water :)  due to the fact that I only drink water (and coffee), I usually add some different flavors to it throughout the day:

We hung out outside in a mist the other day, and the kids were giving me a hard time saying all I had to do was open my mouth - why did I bring my flavored water outside! 

Hehe, guess they are right.  On second thought, maybe double water is a good thing!
