This is a diary, or a monologue, or a questionnaire. I may ask one or two questions to readers because I don't have answers to many of the questions that I encounter. I would like to make use of the power of crowd-sourcing. 

Just to start off with introducing myself, I am a 31 years old man, who seems to be going in a right direction from a third person's view but in fact who is very confused all the time about where he is going, whether he is doing right or wrong and if he is happy or not. Well I wasn't even sure if I should name the post 'an unordinary diary of an ordinary man' or vice versa. 

I have a job that people admires. I am a venture capitalist(well, an investment associate with only a few years of experience). I'm quite happy with my job. I have a wife who is understanding and caring, whom all my closest friends say that I'm lucky to be with. So yes, you might say that I have a relatively 'good looking life'.

But let's be honest. Some or more of the readers will have a greater looking job, happier looking family but they are not necessarily happy. 

What's happiness all about?

Changing the question, what makes us happy? After all?
