245lb X 6 Bench - Volume Work

Building the power base isn't easy.  You have to bulk and lift a lot and then when you start to cut those power levels can pretty much stay around for about a month before they start to fade and you will be more cut up and shredded.   A lot of times guys are taking insane amounts of Performance Enhancing drugs to to achieve the results I'm naturally capable of.  Where I need to be with this is getting 8 reps on this and 3 reps on 275lb which would hypothetically put me at a 320lb 1 rep bench and could put me at 15 reps on 225lb. I'm back and forth on going for this mark. It's a marginal increase but if I cut and do more dynamic lifts from that point I would certainly look insane.
