##### Preparation is key to success

If you aren't someone with an unusually strong discipline or someone who knows their way around the kitchen pretty well you might want to consider meal prepping your food beforehand!  Meal prepping can be done for a week's worth of food, the day beforehand or you can make large batches and weigh it out as you go.  No matter the way, if you find yourself failing on your diet often there is no doubt that you should try meal prepping.

The hardest part of a diet is learning new eating habits especially if you rely heavily on fast food, restaurants and pre packaged food.  With this video you will learn 3 very simple recipes that you can make on the spot or as a meal prep, these will give you an advantage going into your diet so you have some meals to go to before you make the choice to hit the closest late night fast food place!
