. When my sister lived with me 23 years ago, she left in my house plants of Ferns and Lilies. My sister is fascinated by flowers, well plants in general, from her I learned the love for plants, she likes flowering plants, she loves all kinds of plants that bloom, but my mom and I like fruit plants. While my sister plants flowers in pots and I plant chili peppers, chives and tomatoes hahaha. She planted the ferns in pots, which her partner brought from another state when he was visiting his family, taking advantage of the proximity he bought several medium and small pots. But the lilies were not planted in the pots, but in the small concrete planter around the house. These lilies remained there for many years since I had an avocado plant that provided shade, but when this plant fell one day due to a strong wind the lily was unprotected since it was hit by direct sunlight and its leaves began to wither, so I planted some lily bulbs in a pot. The lily plant should not take direct sunlight because it burns easily, my plant has always been under a roof that I have in the yard is like a kind of churuata but of sheets of acerolit, I do not know what has happened to the lily but it lost almost all the leaves, however it sprouted from the little that was left of it a nice bouquet with pretty flowers to which I did photographic follow-up for 5 days to show you the process of the opening of the pretty bud, that in spite of the fact that it has plant is almost without leaves it sprouts from it this beautiful bouquet.

##### This is the roof that protects the lily from the sun's rays. ##### Here you can see how the lily lost almost all its leaves.

I wanted to wait for the flower to open completely and perform its process which took 5 days, after the process is finished I will take the Lily out of the pot to transplant it to new soil.

Day 1. * You can see the bud of the Lily slightly tilted upwards. Day 2 * You can see the bud slightly tilted downwards and more buds start to sprout at the back.

Day 3 * You can see the large bud tilted all the way down and the buds at the back are larger and further apart. Day 4 * On this day the large cocoon started to open, but the small ones have not yet opened.

Day 5. * On this day the large flower opened fully and the small flower begins to show traces of life.
 # PROCESS TO REMOVE AND CHANGE THE SOIL OF THE LILY.

I took the Lily out of the pot, I removed the soil to my surprise the bulbs were without root and there was in the soil and stuck to the bulb a kind of white worms, maybe those worms are the ones that do not allow the Lily to thrive, so I changed the soil for a new one.
I started to take the soil out of the pot.
Most of the bulbs were unrooted. Some bulbs were rotten In this picture you can see the worms in the soil and in the bulbs.

I chose the Lilies that were in the best condition to be transplanted and discarded the ones that were deteriorated. Once I planted them, I moved the pot to a place where it would not receive direct sunlight, since in the place where it was, the sun's rays were hitting the plant even though it was under a roof.

I hope to show you the photos of the progress of my beautiful Lily in a few months, it was a pleasure for me to make this publication, I hope it is to your liking.
_The photos are my own and were taken with my Xiaomi Redmi 7A cell phone_ _Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)_ _Edit the photos with PowerPoint_ _Separator @brume7_
