On my post the other day, I talked about reflection. I ventured to a nearby trail and took some time to reflect in the woods and share some thoughts with you all!

Beliefs often conflict and hold us back from achieving what we really want for ourselves. Our actions, when congruent with our thoughts, allow us to manifest our life through the bliss we obtain during the journey!

It's not just about the destination.
