Over the past few months, I've been attempting to resolve a financial fraud committed by an employee of my auto insurance company.

Last year, I called their customer service line to pay my bill over the phone. The service rep with whom I spoke surprisingly tried to upsell me. I ultimately told him that I'm not ready to have premium insurance, but I will review his proposed coverage plans.

To my surprise, my next bill included these premium policy changes which **I did NOT accept!** Even worse, when I complained about it, the rep's supervisor backed up the fraudulent employee, and in no uncertain terms, called me a liar.

Due to my extraordinarily busy schedule, I've only been able to call the company to attempt to resolve the issue. Now, I'm looking to free-up my schedule so that I can confront these pricks face-to-face.

Aside from the face-to-face, I'm considering filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully, that will do the trick.
