*Earlier this year in January, I woke up early in the morning with the hype of a certain coin and then my village people put the interest in my heart... I logged into my Binance app and started flipping the coin by buying when it was low and selling when it pumped a bit.*

*It was going smoothly and I made some profit from the coin, but then greed set in, I knew it was the right time to stop but I told myself, ``Let me make this one last trade`` That one last trade cost me a lot because I lost the profit and also lost a huge amount of my capital, I am not going to mention the amount I lost but maybe sometime in the future, I might say it, my heart almost failed me and I had to crash on the bed for some minutes before I regained myself but still doesn't change the fact that I beat myself for being greedy and not stop when my heart tells me to stop!.*

*I was already at a loss but there is a saying that, ``You have not yet lose until you sell`` I wanted to watch the coin for a while hoping it would go back up but again I had a rethink, and I just could not deal with the loss and not motivated to monitor the trade anymore, so I converted the coin to Usdt and mourn my loss.*

*They said the heart of a man is where his money is, I kinda still check on the coin from time to time cos I just can't believe I made such a big loss that morning, what pushed me to it, I am not the kind of person that gamble big amount on meme coin the highest I do use was 100 dollars, so what happened that day still looks like magic.*

*I checked on this coin again in the night and it had dipped from 13 dollars to 3 dollars, I cheered up a bit because if I hadn't closed the trade and converted it to USDT then the loss would have been 4x so I was happy I sold, but the loss I made still had an effect in my plans for the year... It ruined a lot of my plans but I learnt a lesson.*

*The best way to learn is by experience, what I experienced taught me a big lesson never to put a big amount into meme coins, I have stopped trading meme coins for now and it will take a while before I even think of going into it again, secondly that incident gave me some good ideas which I have already started working on and I believe the incident happened for a reason, when there is life, there is hope.*

*Apart from the money I lost, there are still other things happening in my life for the first time which is what makes a man... This 2025 is a year of transition for me... Great things come from enduring hardship, the beautiful diamond goes through a lot of rough processes before it becomes that shining diamond people admire, the first quarter was rough! and I can only hope the second quarter will be better.*
