The first TULIP Mania Game is now over! A quick update on the cashing out process.

A reminder, if you haven't read this yet: [cashing out instructions](https://www.palnet.io/game/@busbecq/tulip-game-report-game-over-cashing-out-instructions-profits-317-apr-day-29-of-28). 

I can still see about 80 usernames that have not placed a sell order for their TULIP tokens. At some point, they will become worthless, or rather, you'll just have to wait for the next game to start.

Anyway, some positive news regarding cashing out. I notice a couple of our other MAP FinTech programs have a scheduled power-down tomorrow and, looking at the numbers, there will be plenty of STEEMP to go round.

A reminder that such moving of cash and tokens is all done at market prices so that no individual program is losing any value. All it really means is that some of the expected powering-up will slow down. For the vote bonds, the delegation-miners are doing a great job of boosting those SP values, so members need not worry. Indeed, given the current market freeze, we're at least stable.

Talking of markets, I note that [Neoxian City](https://www.neoxian.city/) has made some changes to its tokenomics; this is very welcomed and appears to be having a favourable response from the market. I have said this many times, that tribe admins really need to change the naive economic model that comes as default for most tribe setups. It doesn't work and needs to be changed as soon as possible to avoid the token price just spiralling downwards. Although not a huge change in the economic relationships between tribe participants, the Neoxian change in distribution is a step in finding a more stable economic model.
