Filipino Appetizer - Salted Fish Sauteed with Tomatoes and Onions
How are you Steemians out there? This food is locally called *Ginamos*, made from fresh, small fish seasoned with more salt.

In few days after seasoned with salt, it can be eaten raw with vinegar or it maybe sauteed with spices like tomatoes and onions. This afternoon, we paired this appetizer with *Vegetable Soup*, in Filipino dining most soup dishes are matched with salty appetizer like this or the *Dried Fish*,

It's lucky when there are variety of foods in the dining table, but there are some who made this appetizer as the main dish and of no choice the only partner of the rice to swallow just to put something in their stomach.
