Decided to retire Idle Heroes and try out Drilla.  Drilla is a mining style idle game where you upgrade parts on a drilling rig to progressively mine deeper on your way to the center of the earth.  Seems pretty simple so far but has a few mechanics that seem very ad driven or just plain annoying.  The game seems well built but I don't have high hopes so far.  For example you can click random things that pop up while your mining that give you some resources or small boosts but after clicking a few you get locked out from clicking more unless you pay crystals aka the currency you have to buy.  I think I got about 20 clicks in before getting blocked and I immediately closed the game for a while.  Not great design in my opinion.

I saw the game on a few lists so I'm not giving up on it just yet but first impression does not make me optimistic.
