My simple breakfast –wreath of eggs 我的早餐

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As the Chinese saying goes, “ breakfast is good, lunch is full, and dinner is less”. Only eat well , you can live healthily . But in the morning , we usually haven’t  enough time to prepare the breakfast , someone will eat quickly and go to work , someone even go to work without eating breakfast. it's not good without eating breakfast . 

This morning I suddenly had a creative idea about the ingredients in my home. There is a sausage and the okra bought by me in the fridge yesterday. Why not make a fried egg? So I use them to make a very simple but nice ,nutritious breakfast , now share it with you . 

Ingredients:
Egg
okra
Sausage
Peanut oil
Corn meal
Coriander
salt

methods:

Cut the sausages into small pieces and the okra into small pieces.

To heat the electronic pan for a while , add peanut oil, delicious sausage to make a circle, add okra, and then add the egg.

2 minutes later, the egg wreath will be done. It can be dipped in the sauce when eating.


A spoonful of corn flour, first put some cold water in it in, then mix into the corn batter, pour it in the boiling water , then the corn meal is ok . it is finished in less than 2mintues.

The whole breakfast is cooked less than 5 minutes .It is so simple that everybody can do it . And I think it’s also healthy and beautiful, nice to eat . Do you want to have a try for such a simple breakfast? 


早餐是一天当中最重要的一顿饭了, 俗话说,早餐要吃好,午餐要吃饱,晚餐要吃少。饮食健康才能有健康的身体。但是早上通常上班早,时间紧,还想吃的好,实在不容易。 有时候我们会着急,吃个三口两口的就去上班了。又或者有的人着急上班, 跟本就不吃早餐,那样时间长了,对身体是有害的。

今天早上我突然间对家里的食材,有个创意。昨天买的香肠,还有秋葵都还没有吃完,那何不做个煎鸡蛋呢? 说做就做,于是充分利用了现有的食材,感觉非常好。简单又好吃,营养又健康。

材料:
鸡蛋
秋葵两个
香肠
花生油
玉米面
香菜
盐 

做法:

把香肠切成小块,秋葵切成小片。
电饼铛加热,加点花生油,把切好吃香肠摆成圆形,加入秋葵,然后放入鸡蛋。
2分钟后鸡蛋花环就做好了,吃的时候可以蘸清酱。

一勺玉米面,先用凉水调好,然后放入开水中,搅匀变成了玉米面糊,加入香菜碎,整个过程2分钟搞定。
这个早餐,整个过程也就5分钟不到, 简单又实用,健康又美观,看着就心情舒畅,吃完了更觉的这一天都是美好的!怎么样? 这么简单的早餐,你要不要来试试?
