I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...</b></center> <hr><p>I managed to delay it for long as I had a really active and healthy month in June, but right now I'm kind of into my 'Summertime Sadness' mode where I lack all kind of structure and just end up in my cauch watching Wimbledon all day. Just when I started to get confident having a good streak betting tennis which I'm not the expert in, I upped my stakes a bit just to see the predictions being totally wrong which made me give back a big part of the house money I'm playing with now. So it was a pretty uninspired day where I wasn't fully able to keep my sugar urges in check as I went to the supermarket to get some icecream. However, with the need for some fun, I ended up going to the cinema for the late night viewing of Jurassic World Rebirth which is exactly what I needed in a brainless fun movie on the big screen. </p> <hr> <b>June Activity Tracking</b> I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table.
