Day 687 | Family Tuesday & Overeating (2/10)

I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

<p>I pretty much ate way too much after spending most of the day in the kitchen preparing dinner for my family on tuesday. (soup, rice, curry Sauce, and vegetables in the Wok).  I also stayed up way too late (01:30) so wednesday will be all about getting back to normal. I will skip on the moring yoga and will be meeting up with a friend to play some badminton in the evening. </p>
