What a change a week makes, from minus temperatures last week to 11 degrees celcius this week. After a difficult start to the year, this is definately a breath of fresh air.

Ideal for a walk in the park

All the snow and rain we have had has swelled the small park stream

But it looks nice still, and already spring and warmer sunny days feel just around the corner.

The falling water here looks very turbulent.

The canal is much calmer, and a favourite spot for the geese too.

The outdoor climbing wall is quiet at the moment, with all non essential activity still in lock down for the UK, going for a walk is about all we can do at the moment.

Cloudy it might be, but you can't grumble about being warm and dry. It's nearly shorts weather!

More good news, spring flowers are already on the way.

Colour is already staring to fill the gardens
