Red sky in the morning shepherds warning they say, I actually had to park up to grab this photo on the way to work - 7.45am on a crisp slightly frosty morning.

So another random day for #sublimesunday it was a hectic weekend because I was exhibiting at the Fine Food North exhibition in Harrogate Sunday and Monday.

This is the exhibitors products display showing off the coffee they received Great Taste Awards - my two coffee's are second shelf up on the left.

Here they are on the stand, these awards are really hard to get - this year they had 15,000 food products entered for judging, and just under 4000 received any award - you have to be supplying a product of exceptional taste to get an award - so for the two coffee's I entered this year to both win awards is amazing.

We also had a good stock of our Christmas blend coffee, in the new colour labelling and making good use of Mexican Maragogype beans which add quite a spicy Christmas taste.

It has taken me a while to work out pack shots look better with good natural lighting -so I have started using the Gibbet base for photos - it's only a minute walk from work with my box of coffee goodies.

You can read the [history of the Gibbet](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halifax_Gibbet), this is a replica of the original which was used between 1286 and 1650 to lop off the heads of over 100 thieves - who had stolen the precious cloth so widely produced in our area at the time.

Anyway there are all sorts of exciting things happening @whiterosecoffee right now, which is absorbing all my waking hours - it's going to be a hard slog all the way to Christmas.
