How Many Eggs Can We Eat Each Day?我们一天可以吃几个鸡蛋?
Hello,dear steemit friends,

Are you really familiar with the common food-eggs which we often eat  in daily lives ? What does an egg contain in nutrition and what's  the benefit of eating egg?How many eggs can we eat each day?Today I''ll talk about it in detail.

Advantages of eggs:
    
      * a perfect varities of nutrition

      * delicious but cheap

The other voice that the cholesterol of an egg  is about 200 mg ,equaling to 250 mg of lean meat , and the cholesterol of acceptable intaking amount is less than 300mg per day. so,we only have an egg each day.Is it right?

So,we can't generalize the cholesterol is bad for human body. In fact,the level of the blood cholesterol has a close connection with fat and activity.And human body can adjust the amount the cholesterol  of intaking  . Furthermore,the most cholesterol is made by the body itself,which is about 1000mg per day.The cholesterol of daily eating  is just a small part.

An survey that people were devided into the experiment group eating 1~3 eggs and the control group having other food each day for half a year,which found the cholesterol of the experiment group didn't  get high.

Thus,It's no problem for your body if you'd like to eat 1-3 egg each day.

 一个普通的鸡蛋约为50g,含有7g蛋白质,8种人体必需的氨基酸,卵磷脂,铁、钾、钙等微量元素。

鸡蛋具有最为齐全的营养价值,且物美价廉。

但是我们常听到这样的说法,一个鸡蛋含有200mg胆固醇,相当于半斤廋肉的量,而日常的胆固醇摄入量不超过300mg,所以我们一天只能吃一个鸡蛋,这种说法真的对吗?

事实上,胆固醇分为高密度胆固醇,低密度胆固醇及极低密度胆固醇,前者被称为“好胆固醇”,后两者被叫做“坏胆固醇”。

所以,我们不能一概而论说胆固醇就是对身体有害。体内胆固醇水平跟脂肪摄入、运动量更为密切,而且人体本身可以调节体内的胆固醇水平。人的胆固醇大部分由体内肝脏合成,每天约为1000mg,所以日常的胆固醇摄入量仅是体内的一小部分。

一项调查分为实验组、对照组,实验组的人每天吃1-3个鸡蛋,对照组摄取其他事物,半年后检测体内的胆固醇水平,发现实验组的胆固醇水平没有明显增高。

因此,只有你想吃,一天1-3个鸡蛋,对身体是没有很大关系的。
