<center> Once again I have been shown what a gift it is to get to live on this planet. From the Earth blossoms flowers of so many colors. The sky produces the most beautiful symbolism in the clouds. And creeks and rivers run with water needed for life to exists. Even despite some of humanity's best efforts, the cycle of life continues. And so beautifully at that.  In my little flower beds I am trying my best to produce small ecosystems of healthy, beauty, and (hopefully) wealth too. The great majority of the herbs I grow are for myself and the people & pets I live with. But, when I have an excess I create bundles of herbs to sell online and in the local economy.  And it all began with calendula. My herbalism practice began with calendula and, as you might expect, the name of this blog is named after this much beloved flower. So, yesterday I sowed a new batch of seeds in a flower bed in front of the house we are building. I wonder what magic and medicine will come of these future flowers?  </center>
