I do not think that people will always be able to go to the store and buy food. One of the learning adventures that I am on is to find out more about food. Of course a person would need to raise healthy food, but also preserve the food for later. Yesterday I noticed that a buddy of mine had pulled up his pepper bushes (that was my que that within a couple weeks the bushes will be burnt as yard waste) So I capitalized on the momment and today when I was walking to the gym, I carried along a spare wal-mart sack and some disposable gloves (its proably best to not get the oils from the peppers on your hands)

Later that evening, I cleaned and cut the peppers. I put them in a glass jar (that did have coconut oil in it, but when the coconut oil was gone I kept the jar) I poured in about an inch of apple cider vinegar with the mother, the I added onion flakes, garlic pepper, and lemmon pepper seasoning and then I filled the rest of the jar up with clean water. Thoes refrigirator pickled peppers should proably be kept in the refridgirator.
