With the market dropping like a rock you might be freaking out right now resist the urge to sell. Remember that you've only lost money once you've sold. HOLD HOLD HOLD. I'd venture further to say buy.
In the next 24hrs the market will bottom out and within the next 72 will correct it's self. 
If your new to crypto currency don't panic and get out look at it as a chance to get in where you wished you could have a couple months ago. 
The market is still up 2500 percent for the year in coins like eth and topped out at 4000 percent earlier this month.
