we have decided on holding a pre-ico to begin gathering funding for team build, framework, and design of fund managment program we also have decided on a timeline and have posted it on the site.
we will not publicly promote pre-ico until white paper for cmvt is finished only offering it on steemit to allow this comunity first dibs
