Just recently i caught whiff of the Fire Demon card. He looked a bit serene and terrifying in a mild way, somehow he was an oxymoron. I aimed then at making him look more beastly and used an old beasty drawing as my reference. It looked like something from those classic storybooks like snow white and rapunzel. Making the already hideous creature into the card was a little bit challenging but I did what I could using past knowledge and experience to guage the positionings. It wasn't an easy task though.
