I hope you are doing great! Swear I had forgotten to make this post. I'm a serious case, really; I always forget to upload posts until I check my gallery and there are the pictures. I have a lot of posts like that, waiting to be unfrozen. Hate procrastinating so much, hahaha (the flu also played against me this week). But here I am, because no matter how many days have passed since that visit, I have the memories fresh in my mind and the photos on my cell phone. It's one of those experiences where life feels different. Mainly, I'm writing this because I didn't want to miss the opportunity to show the pictures I took. I am not a photographer, but as a sketcher, I feel a little proud. After a day at the beach, which I told you about last week in the #DailyBlog community, we decided to visit one last destination, and I think the best of all.  Climbing one of the many mountains that characterize characterizes this area of Anzoátegui State, we can find the **viewpoint El Morro**. **Located in Lechería, Anzoátegui, Venezuela.** At the beginning, it was fun to climb the mountain as if it were a spiral, turning around a few times while climbing almost without realizing it (I regretted it because looking down is very scary; I felt I would fall, hehehe). While we were going up, we saw some people riding bicycles; I would be afraid to drive in such a steep place. It's a pretty quiet place, where almost all you can hear is the sound of the wind singing in your ear, caressing your skin, and tousling your hair. Ah, the wind from the sea. How nice it would be to live in this area. Because yes, it has a residential area with beautiful houses. I could only admire them from the outside, thinking about how much a house there must cost. My dream has always been to have a house with a beach view.  Coincidentally, a week later, my boyfriend traveled to this city, to an aunt's house, and guess where his aunt lived? It's amazing. I didn't miss the opportunity to mention how much I would love to be in her place and have the chance to sleep in a hammock on the balcony, overlooking the beach. I have hopes of one day achieving something like that, waking up next to the sea, and then I would learn to paint with the sole purpose of recreating such beauty. Back to the visit. We managed to go to the highest point of this hill. It is a very quiet and pleasant place, with people gathered there enjoying the late afternoon. There were many little yellow dogs, all tame. What I found most beautiful was that the people who seemed to visit this place regularly gave food to the dogs.  What I liked the most was the arid vegetation of this site. Thickets and thickets with intricate, thorny branches. Many of them hid little birds chirping inside their sharp fortress.   But, without a doubt, my favorite photos were the ones I took of the sea while the sun was blinding me. I think it is one of the best photos I have ever taken, worthy of a work of art made with graffiti. It is one of the photos I am most proud of.   El Morro is an ideal place to admire the sea. I allowed myself to close my eyes for a while, relaxing in the fresh wind, far away from everything.  I really like that it is an ideal place for cyclists and people who want to jog or take a walk. I saw some people walking all the way down to the beach. Of course, this beach is not for swimming, but I was intrigued by how it must feel to be there on the shore, so far away from everything, with lots of vegetation around. I would have liked to go down, but we were in a hurry to leave, as we had to take the road back to our city.   The floor was full of round, decorative stones. My mom wanted to take some of them, but I told her I'd better not. We have to learn to leave nature in its place. The only souvenirs I brought back were some beautiful pictures.   I also want to say that it had a beautiful Virgin. Our Virgin of the Valley. A very beautiful and large statue. Although everyone has their own beliefs, it is an admirable architecture. You can see it far away in the pictures.  I don't have much more to say than it is a perfect place to disconnect from stress and breathe some fresh breeze. Let's not even talk about the beautiful pictures that come out of it. Visiting El Morro is one of those simple experiences that can become unforgettable memories. Les juro que me había olvidado de hacer este post. Soy un caso serio, en verdad; siempre me olvido de subir los posts hasta que reviso mi galería y allí están las fotos. Tengo muchos posts así, esperando a ser descongelados. Odio procrastinar tanto, jajaja (la gripa también me jugó en contra esta semana). Pero aquí estoy, porque no importa que hayan pasado los días desde esa visita, tengo los recuerdos frescos en mi mente y las fotos en mi celular. Son de esas experiencias donde la vida se siente diferente. Principalmente, escribo esto porque no quería perder la oportunidad de mostrar las fotos que tomé. No soy fotógrafa, pero como dibujante me siento alguito orgullosa. Después de un día de playa, el cual les conté la semana pasada en la comunidad de #DailyBlog, decidimos visitar un último destino, y creo yo que el mejor de todos.  Subiendo una de las tantas montañas que caracterizan a esta área del estado Anzoátegui, podemos encontrar el **Mirador El Morro**. Ubicado en **Lechería, Anzoátegui, Venezuela**. Al principio, fue divertido subir la montaña como si de una espiral se tratase, dando vueltas algunas veces, mientras subía casi sin darme cuenta (me arrepentí, porque mirar abajo da mucho miedo, sentí que caería, jijiji). Mientras subíamos, vimos algunas personas manejando bicicleta; a mí me daría miedo manejar en un lugar tan empinado. Es un sitio bastante tranquilo, donde casi todo lo que puedes escuchar es el sonido del viento cantándote en el oído, acariciándote la piel y despeinando tu cabello. Ah, el viento del mar. Lo bueno que sería vivir en esta zona. Porque sí, tiene una zona residencial, con unas casas bellísimas. Yo solo pude admirarlas desde afuera, pensando en lo mucho que debe costar una casa ahí. Mi sueño siempre ha sido tener una casa con vista a la playa.  Casualmente, una semana después, mi novio viajó a esta ciudad, a casa de una tía, y ¿adivinen dónde vivía su tía? Es increíble. No perdí la oportunidad de mencionar lo mucho que me gustaría estar en su lugar, y tener la oportunidad de dormir en una hamaca en el balcón, con vista a la playa. Tengo esperanza de un día lograr algo así, despertar junto al mar, y entonces aprendería a pintar con la única finalidad de recrear tal belleza. Volviendo a la visita. Nosotros logramos ir al lugar más alto de este cerro. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y ameno, con personas reunidas disfrutando del final de la tarde. Había muchos perritos amarillos, todos mansos. Lo que más me pareció hermoso, fue que las personas que parecían visitar este sitio con regularidad, le daban comida a los perritos.  Lo que más me gustó, fue la vegetación árida de este sitio. Matorrales y matorrales con ramas intrincadas y con espinas. Muchas de ellas escondían pajarillos que piaban dentro de su fortaleza afilada.   Pero, sin duda, mis fotos favoritas fueron las que tomé del mar, mientras el sol me cegaba. Creo que es de las mejores fotos que he tomado, dignas de una obra de arte hecha con grafitos. Es de las fotos de las cuales estoy más orgullosa.   El Morro es un lugar ideal para admirar el mar. Yo me permití cerrar los ojos, un rato, relajándome con el viento fresco que se siente ahí, alejado de todo.  Me gusta mucho que sea un lugar ideal para ciclistas y personas que quieran trotar o dar una caminata. Vi a algunas personas caminando hasta abajo, a la playa. Eso sí, esta playa no es para bañarse, pero me causó mucha intriga cómo se sentirá estar allá a la orilla, tan alejado de todo, con mucha vegetación alrededor. Me hubiera gustado bajar, pero teníamos prisa por irnos, ya que debíamos agarrar carretera para volver a nuestra ciudad.   El suelo estaba lleno de piedras redondas, adornando. Mi mamá quiso llevarse algunas, pero yo le dije que mejor no. Tenemos que aprender a dejar la naturaleza en su lugar. Los únicos recuerdos que me traje son unas bellas fotos.   También quiero decir que tenía una Virgen hermosa. Nuestra Virgen del Valle. Una estatua muy bella y grande. A pesar de que cada quien tenga sus creencias, es una arquitectura admirable. Ahi se ve lejitos en las fotos.  No tengo mucho más que decir que es un lugar perfecto para desconectar el estrés y respirar algo de brisa fresca. De las fotos hermosas que salen, ni hablemos. Visitar El Morro es de estas experiencias simples que se pueden convertir en recuerdos inolvidables. De lo único que me arrepiento, es de no haberme podido quedar más tiempo.
