You must have heard from many people that listen to everyone but do what your conscience says.  Have you taken seriously the importance of these words?  If you had taken yourself seriously then you would not have to go to the motivation seminar or any other place.  In fact, our conscience is the best teacher for us who gives us absolutely accurate and right advice but regret that we are not able to listen to it.  We take the credit for our success and blame others for our failure.  We listen to people's teachings, see motivation vlogs, yet there is lack of change.  Change will happen in us only when we ourselves want it.  No one can wake us up until we wake up ourselves. Perhaps that is why it is said that there is no teacher for us more than our conscience.  We already know the things.  we hear from other people but stay away from implementing it.  Perhaps that is why such a situation arises, otherwise every person is a scholar in himself.
