<div class="text-justify"> Saludos amigos de Hive y @fulldeportes, hoy  voy a compartir con ustedes otro entrenamiento de caminata de montaña  ruta cerro Los Chivos – hasta la piedra, más allá de Las Torres en la comunidad de Villa de Cura estado.

> Greetings friends of Hive and @fulldeportes, today I am going to share with you another mountain hike training route Cerro Los Chivos – to the stone, beyond Las Torres in the community of Villa de cure state.

Este entrenamiento se inicio a la 4:30 pm de la tarde, el clima estaba un poco fuerte al comienzo pero el sol se oculto, y pude cumplir mi recorrido más allás de Las Torres, en una parte donde se encuentra una piedra. Desde allí se puede apreciar la laguna de Taguaguay en la vía hacia la comunidad de Bella Vista – Cagua y también se visualiza el sector de Gamarra de Villa de Cura.</div>

>This training started at 4:30 pm in the afternoon, the weather was a bit strong at the beginning but the sun went down, and I was able to complete my route beyond Las Torres, in a part where there is a stone. From there you can see the Taguaguay lagoon on the road to the community of Bella Vista – Cagua and the Gamarra sector of Villa de Cura can also be seen.

Realicé una marca en la primera parte del cerro donde está la cruz en un tiempo de 11 minutos, con un ritmo bastante suave pero como el recorrigo es exigente se requiere estar en formar, en la tercera loma donde están las barras con 20 minutos y hasta esta parte de la montaña despúes de Las Torres en 45 minutos, cumpliendo el recorrido total  de retorno en 1 horas con 30 minutos.
>I made a mark in the first part of the hill where the cross is in a time of 11 minutes, with a fairly smooth rhythm but as the route is demanding it is necessary to be in formation, in the third hill where the bars are with 20 minutes and up to this part of the mountain after Las Torres in 45 minutes, completing the total return journey in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
