<div class="text-justify"> Greetings, friends of Hive and @silverbloggers, today I'm going to share with you my experience over three years supporting my son's soccer team with some administrative tasks that I've taken on with great responsibility to also support the team's coaches.

It is worth noting that since my son started practicing this sport, I attended the meetings and the same representatives gave me a vote of confidence to manage the money that was to be used to purchase sports equipment. Later, over time, the representatives organized themselves to form the delegates, who were in charge of collecting the referees by category, but this did not work because there were some who were attentive and did not properly assume this responsibility entrusted to them.</div>

Now, because of this, I was left alone to do this job, which requires great responsibility to perform well as a team. For more than two weeks, we've been observing that each category has a roster of up to twenty children and young people. When there's a tournament game, only the minimum number of nine or eleven show up. So, there's a slight lack of responsibility on the part of the youth and also the representatives, since this is a commitment they must accompany their children to every game.

Likewise, the team's responsibility to be complete is important because the necessary changes can be made to be able to play better on the field, when this responsibility fails then things are not entirely right, of course when they have to play away they should have the ticket and the referee but when the games are in their own community, they are still missing, then it is necessary to hold a meeting with the representatives to address this situation and find a solution, because this could mean that the team is eliminated due to irresponsibility on the part of the athletes.

Responsibility is a value that we must instill in our children so that when they become adults they will be responsible people.
