I'm not much for shellfish so I wasn't to keen on watching the preparation for this dish but the sauce was very detailed and a lot hard work went into it.

It was the muscles that didn't thrill me but I ate them like a champ and savored the flavors of the sauce and soaked it all up with some toasted bread made on the grill.  It's all in the details.
