#### Components
Telegram is an application designed specifically for communication between users to other users. This application was designed several years ago and this app is almost the same as the washap app that is popular today.

on the washap we can chat with our friends who can remotely use video calls, and can also update the status of photos or updates in the form of text, the telegram is also the same function, can chatingan, video call, and also can update the status of a photo and text, and here we can also send files and videos.

#### Proposal
This application is an app that I like and I want this application growing and more competing with other applications now popular lage, therefore I think in this telegram still have flaws in my opinion, and I also want in this application in add a starred message feature. this feature is very useful for users, because with this feature users can choose their favorite messages to make it easier to find their messages, do not have to scrolling down to search for messages that users often chat with friends, because with this feature users more easily mark their favorite messages and also makes it easy to find messages that are often chatingan users

This feature is very useful for users, because with this feature users can choose their favorite messages to make it easier to find their messages, do not have to scroll down to search for messages that users often chat with friends, because with this feature users more easily mark their favorite messages and also makes it easy to find messages that are often chatingan users
