Lithium batteries only store about 1% of the energy that petrol or diesel produces so even with that lithium technology will it still produce enough energy to power larger vehicles?  And the fuel cell batteries defeat the purpose of electric by using natural gas to make the hydrogen in the first place. Automakers are all in on the solid state tech but will be interesting to see what's in store for the future. I just feel that whatever new design they come up with it creates more problems instead of solving them.
