From this video I am going to brief the **current challenges of INGOT COIN faces in financial and crypto markets** as I promised in my last article of INGOT COIN – Bridge to the traditional financial industry with the blockchain inniovation .

Present day financial services mainly consist of financing, investment management and advisory, trading and insurance. When it comes to trading and financing, the current financial system lacks in efficiency and transparency. The market entry complications that are facing investors and the service fees that they are charged are quite substantial. This is why some investors get discouraged from actively participating in the current market. Additionally, smaller investors get overlooked in favor of bigger and wealthier investors and thus combined with the lack of trust in the market. Hence the global financial market is prevented from reaching optimal efficiency. Likewise, INGOT COIN is under several challenges among financial and crypto markets. 

So, let’s focus on them one by one.

## **1)	Lack of connection between crypto and traditional markets.**

The crypto and the traditional financial markets are quite segregated for a participant attempting to cross over or move their capital from one market to the other. The segregation is a result of transaction cost, time and money. These costs sometimes lead to the eradication of profits and in some cases lead to losses, which restrict investors from participating in the market. 
Furthermore, market participants are always searching for ways to diversify their funds, along with rebalancing them to reach an ideal allocation of assets that fits their risk appetite. Given the lack of connection between crypto and the traditional markets, participants are either unable to move funds between different markets in a reasonable timespan or are restricted by the costs associated to do so. 

## **2)	Ineffective structure of the current market.**

Time is of extremely high value for people who engage in trading or seek financing. Unfortunately, due to having a highly centralized data processing structure in the world, a great deal of time will be lost, leading to loss in lead and edge. Therefore, causing significant complications for foreign investors who are looking for exposure to the local markets causing to giveup cryptocurrency or the blockchain technologies like INGOT COIN. 

## **3)	High capital cost and high fees in the financial markets.**
A large number of intermediaries are involved in trading and financial activities. Some of them are brokerage firms, primary banks and intermediary banks. This high amount of brokerage fees and excessive bank can be unattractive and debilitating for investors looking to access different markets. Therefore, this directly causes turn down of blockchain technologies like INGOT COIN. 

## **4)	Lack of trust in crypto markets.**

The difficulty of transferring current holdings to the crypto markets in terms of diversification, liquidity, bias to price discrimination and lack of consistently available market services has deemed the exponentially growing market. Hence this leads to decrease the number of investors entering into crypto markets. Thus, it is highly caused to generate untrustworthy environment towards crypto market among investors. Therefore, this has now adversely effect on INGOT COIN cryptocurrency technology. 

## **5)	The lack of knowledge in the blockchain market have caused the participants to turn down profitable investment opportunities.**



Likewise, those challenges cause to turn down INGOT COIN cryptocurrency technology among investors. But even they faced to those challenges, there are several opportunities to overcome this crisis.
