Strategies, Skills and People in the Knowledge e-Era of Learning and Innovation

Strategies, Skills and People in the Knowledge e-Era of Learning and Innovation

Society as suffered a huge change, this article is a reflection on the factors envolved in the e-collective construction of the new world and use it for reflection of the construction of the Steemian Community

E-systems, online collaboration and competitiveness

http://dirtyimg.com/image/steem-know-e-era.jpg

Online collaboration is radically changing the way we work together, communicate, learn and interact, using electronic collaboration as a development engine of organizational synergies

This engine or infrastructure of support that involve various sciences, such as home automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, neurosciences, physiology of emotions and cognition, computational science, psychology, mathematics and various techniques in engineering, electroencephalography control helmets (BCI - Brain Computer Interface), etc.

Working in collaboration with a network of partners, or managing of the cooperation network of organization's teams, the online systems management exponentially increase the synergies to achieve common goals and strategies.

A sign of the times is that the acceleration of change is here to stay, marked by competition, competitiveness, e-systems and groupware, collaboration inter-group and intra-group cooperation, involvement in the process of strategic reformulation, innovation and organizational learning as the drivers of change of culture in today's organizations

The actual society is shaped by communication networks and material handling, coordinated with information and communication systems, groupware and traceability of goods, or chain services with E-visibility.

This is forcing a profound change of culture for a vision of collaboration and cooperation, with shared objectives, information and knowledge between agents, creating a synergy for generating added value, impregnated by learning, generated in the improvement of processes and systems, generating an intangible value to increase competitiveness and intellectual capital of the organizations.

Strategies, Skills and People in Knowledge Era

Organizations today are faced are not only an economic, but also as a social reality.

This perspective leads to a new policy of human relations, where it is important to model behaviors, establish healthy relations of cooperation between the various members and customers or users, creating and enabling a working environment of greater results.

Replace the structural competition for cooperation, calls for action and collective awareness, to develop the intra organizacional cooperation and collaboration among all stakeholders (internal and external users, shareholders, the public, partners, etc.) of the organization to gain competitive advantages.

Achieving this goal requires a change in Philosophy and Culture, the dissemination of Information and Knowledge sharing, integrated by another education, and a new system of organization, which manages a organizational climate with decentralized democratic leadership, by change agents, guiding the common objectives of the groups.

Organizations and social systems must spread the Vision and the Mission, to align the Strategies with the Skills and the People, focused on Staleholders orientation, that have increasingly awareness and demands in terms of time, quality and customization.

This implies a change in terms of Culture and Organizational Climate, Leadership, People and Communication integrating the new E-Information Systems and Process Technologies, which implies a radical change in the way we work, entered into collaborative networks of structures and cooperation to face intersectoral and global competition

Knowledge, Learning and Innovation.

The Internet has come to change the way we do things, whether at work, at school, or in social interaction in a way that before we could not imagine, and is also changing the way we acquire and use information, meaning how we learn and share the individual / global knowledge.

The Revolution in the open source software FOSS - (free Open Source software) and CMS (Content Management Systems) that allow today the integration of LMS (Learning Management Systems) transformed in LCMS (Learning Content Mangement Systems) where the sharing spirit, collaboration and cooperation of a self-sustaining community, led to a radical change in the development process and implementation of portals on the web.

>"An evolving framework of values and standards
for continuously improving the human condition"
        Max More, Ph.D. -
          Chairman, Extropy Institute

These systems have enabled the emergence of the vision of sharing intellectual capital and knowledge, in the free software construction, increasing growth of online generated content by the users themselves in these content management systems with its easy to handle tool for a regular internet user.

On the other hand the Social Web can bring the concept of Knowledge Objects Sharing founding a new category in the E-learning of FKO's - Free Knowledge Objects - or FLO's - Free Learning Objects following the example of CC - Creative Commons License already applied to other multimedia content.

You have to understand how the Web is creating new ways of learning and how it can be integrated in the broader context of E-Learning as it contains all the basic necessary mechanisms that were already part of the requisites of the various data standardization models (and exchanges systemic dynamics between users / content and location systems)
