YNAB consists of two parts - the website that you access from your *computer* and the app on your *phone*.
Typically you would add any transactions directly on your phone (as and when they happen, so as not to forget later) and you make any *changes* to your budget from the website on your computer. These changes include changing the budgeted amounts, adding new categories etc... You were also not able to view the previous month's budget or transactions from your phone 😕
 
This has been working *relativley* well so far (small price to pay for an amazing app)...

##### Well, YNAB has recently updated their mobile app and added a host of new features!
In my opninion - main ones being that you can now actually *edit your budget* and *view previous months* directly from your phone!! 😍

##### New features on the app have been listed as:

So, will I be doing my whole budget on my phone at the beginning of each month? *NO!!*

Will I be able to do my budget for the month if, say, I'm away on holiday over month-end and really *want* to do it then? *Of course!*

Basically, I'll stick to using my computer but this just gives me the option to do **SOOO** much more when I'm away from home (or my laptop).

Kudos to all the guys (and gals) at YNAB - **you rock!!**
