Hello everyone, its another edition of Neoxian city talent hunt and i'm glad to  share with you my moist chocolate cake recipe, easy to make . you can make this at the comfort of your kitchen,you dont need big equipment neither do you need to be a professional baker.  In this video are step to step on how to make the cake .
Tools and materials needed ;

Tools: 
*Bowl
*whisk
*scale/measuring cups and spoons 

Materials:
*sugar-200grams 
*flour-125grams
*cocoa powder-40grams
*vegetable oil-1/2cup
*Egg-1
*milk-1/2cup
*white vinegar-1/2 tablespoon 
*baking powder-1 teaspoon 
*baking soda-1teaspoon  
*salt-1teaspoon 
*cake flavor- 1tablespoon 
*hot water-1/2cup
