A security means, only accredited can invest with the following criteria:

>A net worth of over $1,000,000
Or an income of over $200,000 per year, over the last two financial year

If the SEC put Ethereum as security and the 500 ERC20 tokens, this will create a tsunami in the crypto space!

My conclusion: is an attack for trying to stop the progression and expansion of crypto.
