Lack of trust,frauds, cheating and fear has been a big challenge in marketplace, getting a sincere escrow and mediator has been a big challenge. I have witnessed and i have seen people cried over fraudulent. But this is a process that can't and wont stop in marketplace (buying and selling) and if not properly handled people will keep crying and its the more reason INK PROTOCOL (XNK) has been initiated.

1.  To remove uncertainty from buyers and 
      sellers thereby involving escrows and 
      mediators to be assigned to a  transaction. 
      This implies that mediators stands as 
      independent smart contract and there would 
      be a total agreement between the buyer and 
      seller,should incase conflict arises, the 
      mediator works with both parties to make a 
      final decision as to resolve issues on ground.
        To crown it all, with mediation, payment is 
      held in escrow until the buyer confirms the

An app called INK PAY APP powered by ink protocol is under construction and would soon be lunch. The so aim of this app is to quicken transaction on social media marketplace,craigslist, offer up and more which before a transaction can commence, the intend buyer or seller can check reputation of each party before commencing transaction. And if they reputation is so trusted, transaction can run smoothly without involving escrow and mediator.
So INK protocol does not specifically require
