Hello everyone 🤗,it's been I while since i posted in this community I've also missed reading most of your posts but am back (hurray🤭) .I've been quite busy juggling too many balls and that's why I wanted to share my personal experience with you all about consistency,so back in 2019 I went into fashion designing after completing my training in a fashion school,my instructor was pleased with my work and the commitment I showed during my training so she got me a job in a fashion house ,I went further to gather more experience ,I also learnt how to use different machines it was an interesting,challenging and fun experience .
I worked in the fashion house for a while I then I left to start up my own fashion business,everything was going quite well I had a few customers that liked my work and they patronized me ,but after a while the income was no longer steady I began looking for a job that is not related to tailoring 😏,that was the begining of the mistake I made I was not utilizing my social media platforms so only a few people knew that I sew.
when I got a job I stoped sewing I just focused on my 9-5 job and when anyone wants me to make something for them I just turn down the offer .
I watched a video about how the popular Gucci brand started and I felt inspired and regret because I wasn't consistent with my business ,over time I've learnt that patience and consistency is important for a business to grow .I also didn't put in so much effort in letting others know about what I do,I lots all my customers and now I have to start afresh.
I've decided to relaunch my fashion business and this time I'll do better I feel more equiped ,enlightened and motivated,and I'll like to invite you all to embark on this journey with me ,knowing that you'll are watching and reading my blog fuels my desire to do better and become a fashion brand that doesn't just make clothes but build confidence through clothes .
so I got a sewing machine and am looking forward to sharing my beautiful designs and how I made them with you all 😊 I'll also like your support and experience especially if you're into any type of business what has kept you afloat?
