I have went to see the Pandas in Chengdu a few times but on this one day I chose to go to the Panda Resort all of the Pandas were sleeping or hiding. A unique moment indeed, usually the Pandas are lively eating bamboo, playing around in the open, wrestling with each other and climbing trees, but this lazy lounging day was puzzling. Every Panda in the facility dozed off?

A bit awkward just about every panda was sleeping. Perhaps they were just done eating and felt like dozing off. The adult pandas might also be shy of visitors and went to sleep on purpose. The giant pandas looked for a nice quiet place to hide or rest from the popularity and camera snapping waiting for them at the zone barrier.
