Sometimes u don't want to stand at the stove and cook something. That's cool. Try this..

Just put some water (like 1/3 full) in a pot then gently drop some eggs in the water. (u want the eggs to float just barely in the water and be covered all around) 1 pot could hold maybe 8-12 eggs depending on how big your pot is or how many eggs u want to 'cook'.

now, just turn the heat on high and wait 12 minutes. If u got the time or inclination to prep a big bowl or other container fill halfway with ice water, u could dump the hot water out of the pot as much as u can, then put the eggs in the cold water bath. This will separate the shells, making it easy to take the shells off. (note: if u are lazy like me, just use cold tap water to fill the bowl and then dump the eggs in after u drain the hot water from the pot)

After u have the eggs all de-shelled u can eat em whole or cut them in half like shown in the pic. (it makes for some easier to bite) and I had some spice sweet n sour sauce from somewhere, so I ate the eggs with that.. but just plain eggs works too, it just depends on your taste.

Here's another no cook fave of mine. This one is a good calorie adder that I really like to eat, and it's pretty fast and easy to make also. Just get 2 pieces of bread. On one piece u put a layer of peanut butter. Now, most ppl would put some jam or jelly on the other piece of bread and that works, but in order to get some good taste as well as the health benefits of dark chocolate, simply sprinkle / put dark chocolate chips on the peanut butter I like to stagger the spread about 1/4 inch between chips, but it's totally up to you.. u could even go full coverage.. side by side chips if u wanted..

Now, just slap the other piece of bread on, and I like to smooch the bread down a little. (just my habit) For a bit more calories and to get some good potassium, eat the sandwich with a banana. Ummmmmm
