Heute mal ein Blick in die Transistor Forschung. Auch wenn die viereckigen Goldkontakte auf der Probe für heutige CPUs einige Nummern zu groß sind, die darunter liegende Struktur hat es in sich ;).

Today a small view into transistor research. Even if the squared gold gates are to big to suit todays CPU, the structure below the gates is more then state of the art.
