A theory of psychological dynamics. The Power of Association that involves both inside and outside energy. As complex as these sentence might seems, most individuals can attest to it quite easily in different ways and forms. I'm sure most of us if not everyone already knows what I'm talking about here. [image source](https://www.pexels.com/photo/a-person-holding-a-sign-of-phobia-8459027/) Our minds have a natural programmed system or an inherited design characteristics that causes us to associate and link anything that exists in the external environments that is similar in quality and tradition or traits to anything that already exist in our mental environment. In other words let me lay down an examples, a child being afraid of dogs, the next neighbour dog or any other dog he encounters thereafter doesn't have to be the dog that attacked in other for him to experience emotional pain or PTSD(post traumatic stress disorder). There just has to be enough of likeness or similarity for his mind to make a connection between the two(his mind and the subject). This natural tendency for our mind to associate is an unconscious mental function that occurs on its own, we don't need to think about it. Then maybe later with time it can then be controlled. I would like you to visualize the two way flow of energy that reverse the causes and effect relationship that will make it difficult if not impossible for the boy to perceive any other possibilities than the one in his mind. [image source](https://www.pexels.com/photo/a-person-hands-wrapped-behind-his-head-7676282/) Using the young boy's incident let me break down something important to y'll. There's a structured energy outside of the boy and there's a structured energy on the inside of the boy, the outside energy is positively charged as a form of seeing a friendly dog that just want to express itself by playing while the Inside energy is a negatively charge memory in form of sounds and mental images capturing his first bad experience with a certain dog and not the present one he is standing in front of, but due to they're both dogs it's difficult to let the outside energy take over. Of the two possibilities that is in this senerio he will undoubtedly express that pain and fear not minding it is a "different" dog he had encounter with, instead of the fun and playfully mindset the dog came with. That's why they do say "positive adaptation sometimes refines us". [image source](https://www.pexels.com/photo/person-covered-with-white-textile-2945535/) Like I said earlier "our minds are automatically wired and instantaneously merge and link information that has similar trait or characteristics. The association between the now moment and the elation of the negative past create an overly euphoric state of mind presuming it would happen again. This is how the mind work. It reacts more to negative things than positive. This is just psychological dynamics work at play in the mind. So my friends, you will agree with me this energy those not only apply to the boy and the dog, but to the business environment, the skill acquisition, academical aspect and so on. That two energy the mind possess is always constant the difference is how we take control of every situation. There would always be a "what if situation" that is fact. Last image is mine. Thank you for reading through my write up.
