Are we deeply listening to everyone in SEEDS ?
>Are we deeply listening to everyone in SEEDS, which is fundamental to the Theory U model of regenerative societies? If not, is it because it's impractical to do so, or because we're just not interested in knowing what the collective thinks? I'm pretty sure it's the former, and there are contemporary solutions that are readily available.

It is possible to listen each others in a 6 persons circle, not in a 300 people Discord channel.

This is one of the biggest challenge of horizontal governance : how do you summarize the numerous different opinions of everybody ?

How do you take decisions once the different opinions has been exposed ?

Discord is a nice tool for gamers, for instant discussions.
A forum allow us to organize the discussions
A wiki is a good tool to sumarize discussions and to classify information

Consensus is a very slow process, I don’t see consensus working when the organization is reaching more than 300 people.
Voting is the old process which is still used by all the democracies in the world. Ok democracies and voting are not perfect and everybody knows the adverse effects but so far, we do not have a better tool.

Learning [pol.is](https://pol.is/home) but I don’t think this tool is ready…
