I know that as a U.S. citizen I'm missing out on wonderful opportunities to invest and support so many great projects. Does anyone know of a site that has a filter to search for ICO's available in the U.S.? Or a general source of where I might find some of these ICO's? I'm bummed that I'm going to miss out on WePower. I certainly do not want to chance the vpn route, especially with being new this. Thanks all!
