Indeed but do keep in mind its a very quiet Songran, Ramadan, and Sunday morning time when I took that picture :)  Thanks for the reply.  Actually the middle of Phuket town is pretty quiet most of the time I find.  The busy roads tend to be the bypass area and outer areas.
