General Wesley Clark, a retired four-star U.S. Army general and former Supreme Allied Commander of NATO, made statements about a plan to take out seven countries in five years. During an interview on Democracy Now, Clark mentioned that after the 9/11 attacks, the U.S. had a plan to target seven countries, starting with Iraq, followed by Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finishing with Iran.
