0.000 HBDOh nice @deerjay congrats on the new camera !! You'll like the T-7 it's a great entry level rig that's easy on the budget. I'm running a T-7 myself right now. If you haven't already, I would head over to Canon USA and register it and then download some free software from cannon. If nothing else get the EOS Utility, it will let you download images via tether/wireless and also allow remote operation of your camera via tether/wireless [Canon](https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/cameras/eos-dslr-and-mirrorless-cameras/dslr/eos-rebel-t7-body) just click on drivers and downloads. Digital Photo Professional 4 is a free editing software download from canon that's worth a look too its in the list with the Utility program. Also you can download Canon connect(from phone app store) to your phone and you operate your camera from your phone. I use my phone as a remote trigger a lot when doing tripod work. Let me know if you have any questions Oh one last thing when you use your tether cable to download or operate from your comp it will not work unless you disable the wifi functions on the camera.... Took me hours to find that little tidbit lol Good Luck @deerjay !!
