<div class="text-justify">  Welcome 🤗 to the 6th month of the year friends. Hoping to do more of onboarding and mentorship this month. Yesterday being the first day of June 2025, marked a turning point to our previous workshops. How? Lots of newbies turned out to be trained about Hive and SpendHBD community project. Among the 12 persons six was newbies while the other six are old Hivers. That is to say, we are increasing in numbers. And am happy to be part of this project.  I wa the first speaker and, after introducing myself, i give everyone the privilege to do so. Reson? So that we can know ourselves with our Hive usernames in the blockchain. After 3, I started by telling them the power of HP. I asked, why do we need HP and why do we need to build it? One person from the audience said. >We need HP because, it will help us to vote others and earn curation rewards. That was right, isn't it? So, i told them other good aspects of having enough HP. With enough HP, we can influence others positively on the blockchain. Your vote's will add value to them and you also earn value. I told the that if we are coordinated enough, we can have a trail to upvote our post after building oir HP to a certain level. Then i asked them. Let's assume that we have a creation trial that give everyone one here $20 upvote everyday, will one miss out a day without posting? The answer was no. That's why we need to build our hp in other to gain value from the block chain.  I also talked about posting in the rightful community, useful tags and how to source out Internet pictures. After that, i left the floor open for @ijelady to educate us on how to sign up a new account.  She made it clear that onboarding another account requires two phones. So, the one onboarding and the person he's onboarding should be together so that he can send the screenshot of the QR code to the other person's phone. So, while she was talking, all who's still a novice on how to onboard new account has to pen ot down. She also gave the newbies topics on write on. She encouraged everyone to engage in contest and make sure the read each community guide before writing on the community at the end, we attended to their questions and we had a group pictures.   All who came yesterday went home satisfied because they achieved lots of informations from the workshop </div>
