I myself have never said goodbye. As a child, I'd rip out the last few pages of books we'd read in school. I hated ending anything. I'd make run on sentences the size of a page and never end those. So I lived a long time alone as a common rule of thumb all things that begin must come to an end. It was a funny thing of mine for a long time when I was young.
