Being able to help is usually not an easy task at all, but the value of altruism is that it is transcendental for the human species to think about others, rather than about themselves.

It depends on people, how you can find the way to feed the good they want to provide, they should always encourage the positive, which leads to help without self-interest.

What provides a help is pleasant and simple communication, people are beings in relation to others. What helps and gives identity is the sense of communication and integration.

It takes a lot of moral category to despise, but simply being able to help should be because of the firm conviction that it is a good thing for everyone.

You must have a lot of humanism, to help people understand that they are a brave person and that they can even take care of themselves, that they have the capacity to do things, to make their existence unlike any other.

You must never lose your sense, know where you are going, know what your usefulness is in life, the usefulness of yourself is to make sense of the displacement in attitudes and actions.

The people who are going to help must have made their own personal path before, for example:

 <li>Personal form of restoration.</li>
 <li>Personal path of mental development.</li>
</ul>
This is the basis, this path must be done to help. Otherwise, you can not help others to know where they are going. It is necessary to have gone through circumstances in order to help others.
