I cannot believe I have done 30 Promote Fan Club to get FC4 Card, but as for me, I really want to do Record Singing to get Fan Card. It may take me a few months to unlock my Record Singing without a doubt because I have to finish 150 Promote Fan Club. It is weird after a second thought.

During this weekend, it pops up a message mentioning Rave events. When players want to join Rave events, they may ask for having more Fan cards, so Fan Cards should be easy to get eventually. Maybe Rave events are at an advanced stage, and it is not really open for common players. I have no idea, let's wait and see.
